Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
At Cioven we respect your privacy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose, with whom we share it, and what rights you have over it when you use the website cioven.com, our services, and our products.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Cioven. For any privacy-related questions, you may write to us at info@cioven.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and login credentials.
- Billing data: the information needed to process payments and issue receipts. Card details are handled by our payment processors; Cioven does not store them in full.
- Usage data: technical information about how you use the website and the Products (for example, activity logs, device type, and service usage metrics).
- Communications: the content of the messages you send us by email, forms, or WhatsApp.
3. How we use your data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services and Products.
- To process payments and subscriptions and issue receipts.
- To provide support and respond to your inquiries.
- To send operational communications and, if you agree, news and updates.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Artificial intelligence and BYOK
When you use artificial intelligence features through a plan managed by Cioven, the content needed to perform the task is processed through the model providers we use, solely for that purpose. If you use the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model with your own key, your requests are sent directly to your AI provider and are governed by that provider's privacy policy; in that case, Cioven does not take part in that processing. We do not use the content you process through Cioven to train our own or third parties' AI models, except as necessary to provide the service or with your explicit consent.
5. With whom we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with providers who help us operate, subject to confidentiality obligations:
- Payment processors, to manage charges and subscriptions.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Artificial intelligence model providers (managed plans).
- Authorities, when there is a legal obligation to do so.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies for the operation of the website, to remember preferences, and to obtain aggregate metrics. You can configure your browser to reject them, although some features may be affected.
7. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and the applicable legal obligations. Afterward, it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification of, updating of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as object to certain processing, by writing to us at info@cioven.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
10. International transfers
Some of our providers may be located outside your country. In such cases, we adopt reasonable safeguards to protect your data in accordance with applicable regulations.
11. Minors
Our Services and Products are not directed at minors without the consent of their legal guardians. If you believe that a minor has provided us with data, contact us so that we can delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will publish the current version on this page along with its update date.
