• Billing data: the information needed to process payments and issue receipts. Card details are handled by our payment processors; Cioven does not store them in full.

• Communications: the content of the messages you send us by email, forms, or WhatsApp.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Services and Products.

4. Artificial intelligence and BYOK

When you use artificial intelligence features through a plan managed by Cioven, the content needed to perform the task is processed through the model providers we use, solely for that purpose. If you use the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model with your own key, your requests are sent directly to your AI provider and are governed by that provider's privacy policy; in that case, Cioven does not take part in that processing. We do not use the content you process through Cioven to train our own or third parties' AI models, except as necessary to provide the service or with your explicit consent.

5. With whom we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with providers who help us operate, subject to confidentiality obligations:

• Payment processors, to manage charges and subscriptions.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Artificial intelligence model providers (managed plans).
• Authorities, when there is a legal obligation to do so.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for the operation of the website, to remember preferences, and to obtain aggregate metrics. You can configure your browser to reject them, although some features may be affected.
